Terms and Conditions
1. Each piece is an original work by the artist Rotcy Manrique, for this reason it is a handmade process and shifts are limited, especially on dates of high demand such as Valentine's Day, Father's/Mother's Day, Christmas, among others.
2. The art pieces are made with doodles and are done by hand with a digital pencil, printed in high quality for photo frames and printed using sublimation on mugs and glasses. Other cases, such as textiles and leather, are painted by hand with special acrylics directly on the piece.
3. The Drawing Therapy style is composed of simple line drawings that represent the most characteristic things about a person, couples, families, pets, collaborators, regions or organizations.
4. We do not replicate arts made by other people/artists. We do not draw faithful portraits of faces because the style is doodle and if requested, an additional payment must be made.
5. When you order a Drawing Therapy art, you are reserving a work shift. You must reserve the appointment 5-15 days in advance due to previous appointments booked by other clients. The execution of your work will be carried out between 1-3 days before the agreed delivery date due to high demand. Contact will be made through our digital channels.
6. For personalization we will send a questionnaire through which we will obtain the data. This must always be answered in writing and in a summary manner since space is limited and otherwise data will remain undrawn. If you are going to send reference images, make sure there are no more than five. The experience is designed through the questionnaire, other ideas other than this work model must be agreed upon by both parties and will be quoted according to their complexity. If you want a piece of information to be represented with a specific icon (e.g. Paris: Arc de Triomphe), you must say so in the questionnaire. Likewise, if you want an icon to be a particular size or if you want it to be located in a particular place in the drawing (e.g. center, top, bottom). Also, if you prefer to leave it to our discretion, you can skip this recommendation.
7. About 1-2 days before the withdrawal date there will be a single review session where we send you the finished preliminary art, to be approved or so that you can suggest changes. The changes will be only five (5) and will be subject to the information received in the questionnaire. Changes are considered: corrections of names, dates, misspelled words or spelling errors, omissions or wrong interpretations by the artist. We will not draw new information that was not provided in the original questionnaire. If you want more than one instance of review, you will be assigned a new delivery date and you will pay the corresponding extra charge.
